Awesome! I'm trying to get in more strength and less cardio. It's hard to make that transition because the calorie burn is so much less with strength. I find myself mixing it up with a Jillian Michael's DVD followed by 10-15 minutes on the treadmill.

^^^ This is my philosophy....and I've lost 37 pounds by following it. I can honestly say that I rarely have cravings for the stuff I used to eat ALL the time. When I do have a craving, I don't always indulge, but I know that every once in a while it is OK.

Absolutely - I remember just starting out. And I certainly don't think I'm better than anyone. I just did it on my own, and didn't have the luxury of a friend doing it with me (at least not a real friend in the flesh - I had lots of MFP peeps here for support).
