I get up at 4:45 am. It's the only way I can stick to an exercise plan. You just have to make the commitment and do it. Once your feet hit the floor, it's fine. (and I am not a morning person).

Yes- with blessing. Through better diet and improved exercise. And to your point, I can't specifically say I gained weight because of the pills (one beta blocker and one diuretic). But we will see. Thanks for replying.

I will be interested in learning more too. I had to take two rounds of antibiotics that really messed up my stomach. I am now on probiotics (50 million) and would be interested to know if: * these really help calm the stomach * should I be taking more? Thanks!!
