I don't personally believe in starvation mode. I think, for many, you wont get the nutrition you need in just 1050 a day. I'm under 5 feet. I can do 1050 a day and not worry. Most can't. 30 days? This "diet" is suppose to be for 3 days. I would never recommend it. Weight loss isn't done in 3 or 30 days IMHO.

What Lemony said. What might have worked, isn't working anymore. Most likely because your deficit wasn't that great and you lost some weight. You need to ensure you have a deficit. I'm short, so every 5 lbs I have to work that much harder to keep dropping the weight.

It is a great way to have a "cheat" piece of cake at your own darn party without having ANY guilt for it! But like mentioned, you really have to make sure you log everything and actually HAVE them to spare.

walk while studying. I used to do this in college. I would take my text book and walk the halls.. I still read and walk to this day, it's now a comfort thing haha.. Take breaks.. study for 2 hours, then walk for 15 mins ( outside if you can ). then back to studying for 2 hours.. rinse and repeat.. seriously, it will help…

Depends on your calorie count for the day. What can you allow and what are you nutritional needs for that day? I usually add about half a table spoon to a smoothie (if I had a smoothie), but only because I've calculated that in and it works well for me.

You can't zap fat in one area. You have to drop the weight to get a slimmer waist. Figure out your Calories in Vs Calories out and start adding workouts. good luck!
