I started adding chia/flax seeds to my diet they are ground. To get the full benifit from them and to feel fuller longer how much should I actually add to each meal? Does anyone know?

    Depends on your calorie count for the day. What can you allow and what are you nutritional needs for that day?

    I usually add about half a table spoon to a smoothie (if I had a smoothie), but only because I've calculated that in and it works well for me.
