  • Finished cardio recovery day 4 woo!!!...it was nice to not feel like my heart is going to explode out of my chest but the leg and plank work was hard too, I think my muscles will be permanently sore through out this entire 60 days lol
  • So day two of insanity, my bf and I motivated each other to keep going b/c we both had a brutal time, by far the hardest work out I have ever done!!!!

  • It isn't as soft as a noodle but i felt there wasn't a huge difference,I actually liked it better than regular spaghetti. It's a must try :)
  • how are you eating during the day??? if you eat small snacks every 2 hours during the day i tend to not be very hungry later on at night! i have the same problem of getting the munchies! also if you brush you teeth early i dont want to eat lol weird but sometimes it works! popcorn is also a good snack to eat at night…
  • Thanks everyone, to some comments i not only do aerobic but i do cardio as well, i'm training for the reach the beach cycle ride that is 80 some odd miles so i'm definitely getting cardio in there as well three times a week! ;)
  • i only do about 30 minutes of cardio each day, but i keep my heartrate at about 65% to be in my fat burning zone, and i switch it up everyday between walking up hill, eliptical, cycling, jogging.   • I agree with a lot of these posts, diet pills aren't natural, you didn't need them to gain weight and you don't need them to lose weight either. I would look at what you are eating. Even though you can stay under your caloric intake maybe some of the foods you are eating aren't the best energy producers or the most…
  • Everyone should just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so even though you may be losing weight your gaining muscle. It's always good to peak at the scale once a week or once every two weeks, and focus more on how your clothes fit! They are a good indicator if what your doing is working :)
