There is a trick to it as well. Always start with veggies portion if ordered first. Then, eat protein portion of the meal. Then the goodies(if you ordered any) last. Stop when you no longer feel hungry(tuff part). No matter what, be mindful of calorie content. Enjoy though and have fun!

Sleep is always going to win that battle. I'm sure this is just an occasional delima. If its not, you just need to see what you can do while working that can get your heartrate going. Exercise is exercise, doesnt matter how you get it. Good Luck!

MFP protein target is very low. Dont put to much thought into it. Protein is very important in a diet so dont sweat it. Just make sure you are getting ALL of your nutrients in.

I will tell you this much. I am newer to nutrition, but it seems that everyone says that you have to eat to lose. I eat small meals all the time! Every three hours all the time. Keep the meals small and healthy. You would be amazed how im never hungry. Would I love a pizza? SURE! I'd rather be with the family down the road…

My FAV is a turkey patty with two egg whites and fat free cheese on whole wheat! 375 calories never tasted so good.

All of the ideas are great, but I would read into caloric cycling. When you hit a plateau like you have, I would look at increasing my calories by about 300 calories a day. Play around with your protein, carbs and fat intake. Trick your body up. Confuse it. I think this will help alot. Read up on these things before you…

Protein shake mix (I use Isolated protein mix), banana and pure almond vanilla soy milk. Put it in a blender and it is amazing. I woulda never drand this because of the soy milk, but IT IS AWESOME!
