Honestly I think everyone is different. My husband can eat carbs galore and still lose weight. If im being serious, I really try to limit refined carbs. Fruit and Veggies are pretty much ok.

Although I really enjoyed reading it, it really didn't work for me. Weight lifting and healthy diet is a must. Push ups and sit ups will not get u too far. Take measurements an pics, u will see the inches dropped with lifting. Treadmill is great too, just mix things up. I have had great success with p90x.
