Go to a dermatologist...I am so happy now! I took an antibiotic for a little while. Now I use a prescription wash and topical lotion. That is the only thing that helped. Plus I eat pretty much natural food. I suffered for so long, I wish I would have gone sooner. And proactive made everything worse for me.

u can see my pics im only 5 ft...my biggest pic is at 125 pounds...very little lifting i was a size 4/6. Smallest pic is 120 lbs, with more heavy weight lifting.

You r beautiful...for your height I would be happy in the 120 to 125 range....strength train and u will see great results. I'm 5 ft at 120, size 2/4...strength train a lot. Ideally my goal is 115 to 118.

Skin is constantly changing...add strength training to your workouts and loose weight slowly. I would give it time before surgery. I use body glide in all areas that rub, it helps with chaffing. I have also found that tights help prevent thigh rub, under amour shirts are also great. Good luck:smile:

I pre cook my protein in crock pots, chicken breast, pork loin, beef. I shred, bag, and freeze them...we can make tacos, pannini's, rice bowls, sandwiches or whatever with the meat throughout the week...saves tons of time.

ok tried this today box of french vanilla cake mix and a 15oz can of pumpkin bake cupcakes at 350 degrees for 20 mins...these are super easy and lighter then a traditional cupcake. dip in ganache or ice with a little frosting. we did a cream cheese frosting with a little all spice and cinnamon...delicious!!
