Eating Clean

I have just bought Tosca Reno's The Eat Clean Diet Recharged book and I am interested to know if anyone else follows this and the success you have had? I just started today!

    Although I really enjoyed reading it, it really didn't work for me. I couldnt gage how much was too much. she reccomended snacks at night apple and peanut butter...which I love. unfortunatly i was consuming way too much healthy food so i didnt lose any weight. Since Im 5 ft tall and have a desk job I really need to keep my cals in check. I work out 5-6 days per week (caridio and lifting).

    I read Bob Harpers Skinny Rules and they make sense...i take a little from each book plus count cals.
