I don't go into work until 9am on Tuesdays, so I always promise myself I'm going to wake up and work out. It NEVER happens. However, I have transitioned to being more of a morning person. I used to wake up at 1pm every day. Now I wake up at around 6. I still hate life a little in the mornings, but it's not as bad as it was.

You are VERY welcome. I currently am eating it for lunch and dinner because I made so much of it haha. It's amazing how delicious it is when it's just 1% milk, light cream cheese, and parmesan! I would never guess it was "light."

I log my food a week in advance. That way I know exactly how many extra calories I may have in case I want to have an extra snack or two.

I won't be making anything light. I honestly never eat more than 1 serving on Thanksgiving. I love the holiday, don't get me wrong, but eating more than 1 serving after cooking all day just doesn't appeal to me. I may eat 2 pieces of pie though. I eat meat every day and will never stop. I love animals, just not enough to stop eating them. I buy free range when I can, but that doesn't always happen. The sadness of the video won't change how much I love meat.

It's more like I'm NOSY, and that's why I'm sad when people don't have it public. And when I see people who are very successful at weight loss, I wish theirs were private so I could see how often they eat their exercise calories and what not.

This is a site for doing things the right way, aka with diet and exercise, not a diet where you limit yourself to 500 calories a day. Please don't starve yourself.

Eating 1700 calories a day isn't that bad! And I never pick up the cookie in the first place. Once it's in my hand, it's in my mouth! (That isn't to say I don't eat cookies haha.) For me, not making or buying the cookies is what keeps me away from them. I can't have just one.

I take a vitamin every day to help with my iron and calcium. I would never get enough if it weren't for the vitamin!

Oh man, I'm not in the southern part of the US, but I had a terrible headache all last week. On one of the days, I couldn't eat anything because of the nausea. It was terrible. Exercising is on the back burner right now, but I'm still trying to stay low on the calories! (without succeeding haha)
