Holy smokes that makes a ton of sense! I've had the same problem and my shoes or laces weren't it either, and I didn't know what to do about it. I went to a bone & joint doc a while back for a sore big toe and he told me to stretch my heel cord because I'm compensating a tight heel cord by stiffening my big toes for…

I am so sorry for you and your son, I know that type of situation is scarey. My 19 year old brother has been type 1 diabetic since 1 year old, and it seems that if he's going to have a seizure it will most likely be in the wee morning hours too, and the blood sugar has never been consistant when it happens it just seems…

I think you did great. It takes a ton of self control to have grace in a situation like that, and you did a great job for your kids too. I'm afraid I wouldn't have had the self control to handle it without it escalating past words. I've run into several people like her, who look for confrontation just for the sake of…

Yes I've heard of the "Wheat Belly" book too and considered it but decided it was impossible for me to cut out carbs like that. As far as your children being delivered c-section, I've also heard that some women's ab muscles have a harder time coming back from pregnancy. Your stomach protruding may not even be as much fat…

I don't have 100 lbs to lose, more like 70, but my horses are my babies too, and many of my goals relate. Feel free to add or message me for support or even just to chat! :)

I'm no expert but it depends on why you're running. If you're running for distance and endurance I would increase the distance until it becomes easier then increase it again. If you're running for weight loss, I just recently read that a shorter higher intensity workout is more effective for weightloss than a longer less…

:( I'm so sad! I gained 3 pounds last week, and that was the most diligent I've been with keeping calories low and being consistent with cardio and weights. Gaining weight due to muscle gain is all I had to hang on to lol! O well, back to the drawing board I guess!
