All I have ever noticed is my blood sugar drops when I am out in the heat.

Thanks for the responses... I have had an x-ray, Dr. said it was a non displaced fracture in the pinky toe. The swelling has gone down, the bruising has started to fade. I have spent so much time with the podiatrist dealing with my Neuroma I hate to continue to spend money on this stuff. I think I will give it till next…

Had to take a little break, my knee was not doing well. I did manage to get 8 miles last week (week3) not gong to come close to my goal, but i have to mak sure i can still run the chicago marathon in october.

got a 3 mile run in yesterday 6/5. still have some pain in my knees so trying to take it easy.

OK, so I am sure I did this to myself for stating it at the beginning of the month when I set my goal, but I have been nursing some knee pain so unfortunatly I don't think I am going to make my goal this month. well I have not met my goal in March or April, so to increase my goal seems silly. However, I am training for a marathon and my schedule keeps adding miles so my goal for this month is 100 miles. I did get closer in April and if I can refrain from injury and my neuroma doesn't kill me I should be able to meet this goal.…

Back from the wilderness. Total for week for was 21 miles. Week 5 total 10 miles. Found a fantastic paved trail in the woods i couldnt belive i did 10 miles!

I managed to get another 5 miles last night! So thankful my son came with on his bike, he was just the encouragement I needed. Will be taking a rest day today and heading off to the wilderness to go camping. Won't have access to internet to log the rest of the weekend. Will update on Tuesday when we make it back to…
