  • I like the Last Chance workout, Cardio max and Bootcamp..I didn't like 30 day jumpstart or the Calorie Knockout.
  • I bought it....least favorite dvd I have. The first circuit with Anna is a dud...it looks like she made it up as she went along. Bob and Dolvett's circuits are ok. I may use it with other dvd's, but I won't do Anna's. I was very disappointed.

  • I haven't checked in every day, but still doing JM videos. stepped on the scale this morning and 3 lbs lost...12 since March 12.   • I am eating around 1500 calories a day...I upped my calories in March(I was at 1200) and I have lost 9 pounds.
  • Because I am alternating I have been doing each week of ripped for 2 weeks so I do it 5-6 times. On the days I do ripped or 6 week I add circuits of nmtz or banish fat. I do one day of the full banish fat dvd. If I can figure out how to put a picture up I will show you my progress:)

  • 6 week 6 pack level 2 and 2 circuits of nmtz..I hurt my bicep yesterday doing banish fat...so I didn't do ripped in 30 today.
  • When I did the shred, I found level 2 to be the hardest...level 3 was challenging, but level 2 really kicked my tail for the first few workouts...
