  • It took me 4 or 5 days. This is my first time ever LCing. I have heard that some people will just never show up on the strips though! Are you drinking a TON of water? Diluting your urine will make it less likely to show up.
  • I'm going to make some hot spinach artichoke dip tonight, with cream cheese and shredded parmesan, and dip w/celery & broccoli.. should be good! :) Might even add some shredded chicken before I bake it to up the protein!

  • That is exactly how I felt when I went to the gym on Friday.. I just had zero energy and had to push myself to walk at 3.5mph on the treadmill, when before I was LCing I would jog at 5mph for a good portion of my workout. Maybe I'll eat some berries or something with higher carb before I go to zumba today. :) Thanks!
