I've done WW and loved it. But, to be honest, this website does the same thing for you and it's FREE. As far as the 'points' program that they have, I calculated it out and my allowance on this site equals the number of 'points' I would be allowed on WW. FIRST thing you should do is forgive yourself and move on! Just make better choices the rest of the day - and get some cardio in. I also recommend going to the grocery store and getting the healthier versions of these foods for yourself to eat.

WOW! Congrats on your accomplishments!!! Believe it or not, I actually ran a full marathon 6 years ago. What I weighted THEN is my goal weight NOW. =) You can do it! It's mind over matter!!! And don't let that ".1" in the 13.1 fool you! That's the hardest part! LOL
