  • Heya! I do tae bo too...love it! ummmmn I just add it as high impact aerobics...which is like 203 kcals for 30 mins.. But I dnt know how alike taebo is to aerobics on the calorie burning front but would expect them to be rather similar surely... Hope that helps a tad!
