    Heya!
    I do tae bo too...love it! ummmmn I just add it as high impact aerobics...which is like 203 kcals for 30 mins..
    But I dnt know how alike taebo is to aerobics on the calorie burning front but would expect them to be rather similar surely...

    I agree. its just over 200 calories. sometimes that seems little compared tohowtired i am afterwards.

    I found kick boxing in the data base and it says 600 and something cals for 40 minutes. Thats what tae bo is right. Thats what I used to do in elementry school for pe.
