Also, I think a Daily Snapshot of a completed diary might also help to keep everyone on track. I used to send a screenshot of my diary to my coach at 8pm every evening & it really helped :)

Hi @RuthWhiteWolfBear, firstly i'm very sorry to hear about your loss. Secondly, take it one day at a time. My mum started tracking what she ate and she is averaging about a 2lb a week weight-loss; and she has a lot more to lose than you do. You can do it!! :)
