I did this today and it gave me something back that looked like someone half my size! I put in the right measurements. Boo!

Fibre One Anything. Or another cereal/bar that is "high fibre" and uses similar fibres. (I believe Inulin is one of the main culprits) Beans Cruciferous vegetables

Nice!

Yes! I tend to make Christmas into a month long overindulgence. I will have to watch that very closely this year!
-
This sounds like a great plan to me!

This is a great idea. My mom said she isn't providing dessert this year and i offered to bring some veggie sides, but maybe I'll also make a really healthy dessert.

Not a tip, but your chest can certainly add to your weight. My mom had a single mastectomy and lost TWENTY pounds with one breast. TWENTY.

I used to enjoy it when I lost weight the first time, but now that I've yo-yoed, I actually cringe when anyone says anything, I would rather they just ignore my weight!
-
I'm terribly unattractive!

I also worry about this. I work on my feet 40 hours/week, but when I'm at home, other than cooking, cleaning and taking my dogs out (sometimes for longer walks) I sit around a whole lot. I never log any exercise anymore because I worry I'm already too high on what I'm burning.

It's hard to say. I know I wasn't really happy at a size 10, and that was in 2005, so most stores now would even more vanity size that to a size 8. Soo, probably a 4/6/8 depending on store.

I have been on many pills, but none of them really made me gain weight (they do give me more cravings, I have noticed they go down when I take the week off). I have had a LOT of side effects other than that though, from yeast infections to insane emotions to non stop bleeding, all of which I would place as worse than…

It varied widely. Biggest days were probably 3000-5000 cal, most days were probably 2000-3000 cal

I know how you feel! I don't know my activity level either. I work on my feet (though not a huge amount of actual walking) but I am mostly sedentary otherwise. It is too ambiguous, there should be a way to input many variables and have it tell you where you fit.

As someone who gave them away then regained part of the weight (First timeI regained 87lbs of the 112lbs I had lost, second time I regained 60/70lbs I lost), I sure regretted doing so. I just can't bring myself to throw out anything, small or big in good condtiion that isn't totally out of style now.

I don't have an answer for that per se, though fatty foods and caffeine will activate your gallbladder and may induce an attach. I had mine removed a few years back, best move ever! One thing I wanted to mention is that losing weight can CAUSE gallstones, as your gallbladder contracts less because of less food and less…

While I'm not sure I could hit 30lbs, I could certainly try to do so! I'm in.

Well, I found that it lasts the ENTIRE time I am losing weight, and while I'm maintaining loss. The second I lose the obsession, I start gaining. I was obsessed to the point of thinking about what I would eat/exercise for an entire year when I lost 112lbs, mental health issues and whatnot distracted me from that obsession…

Currently I don't have progress to share, but in the past: 260lbs to 148lbs (112lbs) went from size 22W pants/2x shirts to size 10 pants/medium in shirts > In 2005/2006, sizes were a bit smaller 235lbs to 166lbs (69lbs), went from size 18W/20W to size 12 pants. > 2008-2011 This time I'm starting at 226lbs, and I'm 214lbs…

The first time I lost weight, I got down to about 180lbs (from 260lbs) and I was told to stop, I was getting too thin. I ended up losing to 148lbs. When I regained the weight, I got to 180lbs and the same people pointed out how fat I was getting again. Funny how on the way down, that was too thin, on the way up, it was too…

Holy cow! So much lost from your stomach! I am jealous, it takes me forever to lose from that area! I may have to start serious strength training!

I hope she is on MFP and sees this. She deserves to know how amazing she is. Thank you for this post OP.

I don't know the entire make up of the oil they are cooked in (but it isn't lard), but there are no preservatives added when they are being produced.
-
They are mostly potato, partly oil :) Potato in my opinion is a starch, but I suppose technically it is a vegetable.

Nope.

Mine is not messing up on the weekend. I haven't had that good of a weekend in MONTHS. Go me!
-
Congratulations! I look forward to achieving that myself! Another 35lbs to go for me.

I will do this tomorrow morning when I'm back home. Might as well triple up my challenges to make things more motivating!
