Ive lost 79 lbs in 5 months :)

Hey i hit my goal weight this morning ive lost 79lbs in 5 months pretty much following the atkins diet. So very few carbs lots of protien and vegetables. Ive also been going the gym 4 times a week mainly 1 hour of weight training and 30 mins of cardio. It seems to have worked :)

Hey i have had a look at your diary and perhaps your calorie intake set at 2100 is to high and on alot of days your going over that. After looking at your food diary i think you are eating too many carbs and sometimes not enough calories. Try and keep your carbs to around 50g a day as most of the time you are eating 100-150+ a day. Also ditch the cheese and try eating more lean meat such as chicken or turkey. Ive been eating 1200 calories a day trying to keep that around 50% protein and 25% carbs, 25% fat and ive lost 36 pounds since start of jan. I am going the gym 4 times a week though aswell.

No way i plan to keep this up until im at my goal weight. Once I am, i will be able to start eating more of the things i like again but just not like i did before. But i will keep up the exercise.

Although its probably not healthy and its very VERY dull, i have lost 24 pounds since the start of jan. I wake up at 8:30 and have a bowl of porridge with skimmed milk then at 12:00 i have 2 grilled chicken breasts with broccoli and green beans, at 18:00 i go jogging for 30-45 mins and then at 19:00 i have 2 grilled…
