Omega 3 good, but 6 not so good. Saturated fats ok trans fats and seed oils not. Best fats: Butter and cold pressed coconut oil for cooking; extra virgin unblinded olive oil for drizzling.

I did it for a month and lost .1 kilo a day without changing my eating at all. The more steps you walk over ten k the more you lose. A little, slowly, but it really works!

I am doing it too in the form of Banting. Prof Tim Noakes and Jonno Proudfoot. https://banting.realmealrevolution.com They advise staying away from seed oils too and of course marge to limit Omega 6. They have some great recipe ideas. I am trying to stay under 50g of carbs. Good luck!

Best restricted to a glass of red wine and green veg. Big amounts of refined carbs probably cause weight gain. And stimulate appetite.

It is great to learn about the polyunsaturated oil content, that I shouldn't use it to fry, (I have been using it raw on spaghetti) and that olive oil has loads more Vitamin E. Walk for 2 hours a day. I had the same problem as you, but then as soon as I added a 2 or three hour walk to the strength training, the weight started to move.
