Try a sugar scrub. I've used C. Booth Ginger sugar scrub. It's basically just an exfoliator, which you always hear works for cellulite. But it also has oils in it to moisturize and plump up the skin a little bit. I think it worked well for a while for me, and I also used a nivea firming gel.

I love them. Challenging, and you can use light weight to make it a really challenging cardio type move, or go for the heavy weight. But it's nearly a full body workout, which is why if I can only have three lifts, this is one of them! :happy:

The best recipe I have for making Tilapia is just making Salmon instead. But if that's not a possibility, I always found it came out best in a foil pouch with a ton of garlic, and some lemon. And salt and pepper of course. The foil pouch is so much easier than the stove for such a soft piece of fish.

I'm taking a fat burner purely for the caffeine content (so that I don't have to get the cals and artificial sweeteners from coffee). I definitely notice a difference in energy levels when I don't take it. It helps a lot! And you don't have to deal with the nasty tastes and bloating that some preworkouts can leave you…

A doctor prescribed me phentermine once, but I wasn't working out at all at that time. I remember feeling thin but who knows, it was a while ago. Right now, I'm taking a caffeine containing fat burner, but not because I think it'll necessarily help me burn fat. I take it because before, I was a Starbucks every morning type…

As long as you're being honest about how much you're pushing yourself you shouldn't worry. That being said, try going for failure. Choose a weight just under that weight that makes you feel shaky after only a few reps. At this slightly lower weight, don't stop at a certain rep number. Just keep going until your muscles…
