Mostly depression/ptsd/stress. And having to move 3 times in one year. I wish I would have realized what was happening to the body I'd worked so hard for. I'd just buy a HRM, I've had mine for about 3 years now, and never plan on letting it go. Just now, I've had to replace the batteries. I never really trusted the exercise-burning-calculations on here.

Oh big time! I use to be able to down a pint (that size of bottle that'll about fit in cargo-pant pockets) of like say, Bacardi in one night, no problem. Now it takes me maybe 2-3 shots, and I'm DONE. I don't really drink anyway though.
