Compression socks solved my plantar problem. Last year I had plantar fasciitis from January to June, I started wearing compression socks on all my runs and problem went away. Now I run 40-50 miles per week without any problems. I love my compression socks!! I even ran an Ultra Marathon with them in July. They are awesome.

I dont wear the full sock, I use the calf sleeves. That way I dont have to worry about them wearing out in the toes.

In my opinion its eating only whole foods, no processed foods and it you want to get really clean eating only ORGANIC whole foods although this is rather expensive to do so but with all the pesticides they are using as well as genetically altering our foods in the long run Organic is best.

Cardio first, it warms me up for the weights and gets my heart rate up. If my intent was to push heavy weight then I would do weights first but thats not what I'm after. I'm looking for tone and weight loss so cardio first.
