Ramping up the miles using the Run/Walk technique
Over the past 2 years I have run 4 marathons at an average pace of 10:50/mile and an average weight of 232 pounds. I did 13 miles this sunny, windy morning here in southern NH. I felt pretty good, cruising along at 10:25/mile. Now the fun part, getting to eat the EXTRA 2400 calories that I just burned!!:drinker:
