wish I had been that smart! It is 40 here and I ran in tights and was hot! But it was a fun run with my new training group. We did 5 easy miles. It is good to be back running with friends! Have a great weekend everybody!

8.5 mile run for me. Treadmill. I was supposed to run outside, but my buddies ended up running last night because we were supposed to get hit w/ a t-storm. Well, weather was nice out but I was already geared up for the treadmill. Tomorrow morning a nice easy outdoor run!

ran a 5k in the pouring ran...just glad it isn't snowing.
  • awesome run with two of my running girlfriends. We did a fun 3.5 miles on a beautiful country road. Training for the More 1/2 marathon - will have to walk a bit I'm certain - but i feels so damn good to train.

Hey Me TOO!!! - I actually love running in the rain. I was one of the kids that played in the rain every chance I got and I still enjoy it.

5 K easy run for me. 2nd week back to running. I'm still taking it slow but feel confident I can be back to 20miles/week in a few months.

Did a brick workout this morning -- 12 miles on the bike w/3 big hills and a 3.8 mile run, finishe 6 minutes faster than I planned so pretty happy with it!

My first tri of the year is in 3 weeks so I gotta get busy!

It was so, so nice to run outside today in shorts and a tank top! It was 67 degrees here today. I ran 15 miles - my longest distance in quite a while.

First off, you must all be snow people  These temperatures are COLD in my opinion, I wasn't comfortable with outside until it hit 70 here!

Ok, so I am born and raised native of Arizona and apparently a woosy when it comes to cold temperatures but it was great here today and I got a 3 mile walk in. A little bit tired after yesterdays run :flowerforyou:

Enjoy your weather everyone, hope it stays nice :drinker:
