Saw Bruce (Springsteen) last two nights. Three hours of constant standing, clapping, dancing, singing. I'm giving myself 100 calories per hour, but I'm sure it's much more.

Agree. The more you have to lose, the more you will lose per week, which is why you see a decrease in what you lost per week. I'd keep it on the low end (.5-1lb). You're doing fine!

Save your money. Eat well, and don't eat crap. That's all you need to do. Think about it ... these diets were invented to sell to people. No one actually needs it.

I used the sedentary, even though I work out 5 times a week. I think that was the guideline I read. If you use the moderate, you are giving yourself permission to eat more, and I didn't want that.

Every day, I eat a banana before the gym, a protein shake (Muscle Milk Light) after the gym, Greek yogurt (0% Fage) with berries, a big salad with some sort of protein (beans, cheese) thrown in, and 2 KIND bars when I'm hungry.
