Weigh in #2: (-1.1lb) 147.7
Weigh in #3: (-.8lb) 146.9
GW: ABOUT 118. maybe 120's unsure.
Body frame: SMALL
Fat%: 19.6% ........ Okay so those are my past weigh in's, the most recent one being yesterday. i'm in the healthy BMI range. so losing about my 1lb a week is okay right? should 2lb be expected or more like my 1lb i lose each week? I exercise 5-6 days a week, with...tae bo 30DS callenetics and elliptical machine. i drink tons of water, ususally over my 8 glasses. 1lb loss each week is good and healthy and a-okay? or should i be losing more?

I'd probably stick to the 1 pound/week since you're not very big anyway. It would likely be more sustainable.0

Agree. The more you have to lose, the more you will lose per week, which is why you see a decrease in what you lost per week. I'd keep it on the low end (.5-1lb). You're doing fine!0
