My NSV. (Ladies will empathize more than men, I’m sure.)

I’ve had several people comment on my weight loss which is great. I’ve been fitting into older (some stretchy and some structured) dresses finally! I even hit my goal of 15 lbs by Valentine’s Day but none of those things have really resonated with me until today…

I purchased these tights from Bebe because I thought they’re cute and trendy for Valentine’s Day. Now for about 2 years I haven’t been able to wear “regular” size pantyhose. I’ve always had to wear “plus,” “plus petite,” or “queen” but yesterday I was actually able to wear COMFORTABLY these pantyhose in a M/L size.

This made me smile. Progress is a process. I just have to keep eating clean and training mean and I’ll get to my weight loss goals.

    So awesome!! Congrats! NSVs are way more important than the scale, I think!

    And yes, holy crap - those tights are CUTE!!!
