Hi. I am not finding the group when I search for it on the MFP app. Can you add me please? I am also curious as to how everyone is logging their exercise on here. I don't have a heart rate monitor. I figured I'd just use "Aerobics, high impact" unless you guys have abbetter option?

I recently started doing the Body Pump course offered at my gym and I love it! Unfortunately, the only time that works for me is one time a week on Friday mornings, but I'll take what I can get. I really do want to get a HRM so that I can see how many calories I burn during the class.

I stacked my 25 squats on to the end of my 30DS as usual. So far, so good! I can handle these. Let's see what happens when I get to 80+. ha!

DAY 3 DONE! I'm just stacking my squats onto the end of my 30 Day Shred workout, and I am now using my hand weights as well.

I started the 30 Day Shred today as well! I'd love to join the group. SW 159 Bust 41 Waist 38 Hips 40 GW 145 My goal weight is probably unrealistic, but we'll see what happens. ha. :)

9.6 lbs is great! That is very inspiring! I just started the 30 Day Shred today. I have a 6 month old son and still some extra inches around my waist left over from the pregnancy that I'm hoping to lose. :)

I am a stay at home mother, and while I have a gym membership (which is currently "paused" because I gave birth to my son in March), I am looking for more opportunities to work out at home.
