Welcome!! Sounds like you're in the zone--that is awesome!! Feel free to add me too if you'd like. I've been on here awhile and have my ups & downs. But one day at a time!! Good luck!

It happens. But now you sound like you're on the right track. You can do this! Feel free to friend me if you need support. :)

You're on here--that's a huge start!! I am married with 4 kids and have started/ended/started this weight loss thing a million times, but I THINK this time is working. Feel free to add me as a friend--I'm on here every day and would love to support you. I know that you will be running 2 miles w/o stopping and wrestling…

Mother Runners--made me laugh!! I have four kids: 9, 13, 16, and 18 and work full time as an educational consultant. I am just starting to train for my first half marathon. I'm not a natural runner, so it has been hard work! Friend me if you'd like! :)

I follow Mcgrawhaha and I think she would wonder whether or not you're accurately logging your food. She lost over 100 pounds in 10 months by eating her calorie goal (1200) but eating whatever she wanted. She also would eat around 4000/day once every other week. I'm trying it now and have been consistently…

We exercise because we can. Thanks for the kick in the butt!

Totally agree!! Eat what you want within your 1250 calorie allowance and you WILL lose!! But don't beat yourself up over an extra 750--you probably burned it off through exercise and it would take an extra 3500 to gain a pound. You can do this!!
-
Make sure you're eating REAL food closest to it's natural state--it will make a difference. Have patience--you had a big loss last week and your body is adjusting! You can do this!!
-
This! Move more and eat more real food. I would add log your food and exercise. It doesn't have to be anything fancy or hard. You CAN do this and you don't have to be hard core to do it. You are so worth it! Good luck and friend me if you'd like.

I'm 5'11" too and about 8 pounds from my goal weight of 150. I would love to STAY between 148-152 forever, but I've never been able to do it. Maybe this time! Always looking for more MFP friends, so anyone feel free to add me--I'm on here most days and would love to cheer you on!

If you're interested in this diet I would recommend reading the book--it has a good scientific background. Although the concepts are not new many people have lost weight and gained many other health benefits using it. i hope research into weight loss continues to grow and evolve so I'm willing to be open minded to its…

Fun! Thanks for sharing!

Amber, maybe your new meds are chilling you out too much and you have to wait until your body adjusts. But I think you try hard to continue to do what you did before the meds. You have done SO GOOD!!! I read on Twitter today that we need to mix our runs up with easy runs that do keep our heart rates low. Maybe we should…

I made the mistake of looking down (and under) the other day while doing a plank. OMG--I need plastic surgery. Thanks for the chuckle!!!

I have a Polar F7. I love it but wished it had distance. Look for the options you want--they aren't all the same. There are other boards on this if you want to search. Good luck shopping!

Thanks to you that have messaged me! All great suggestions! You guys rock!

I watch TV while on the elliptical or treadmill--start with just a few minutes at a time. (I always go longer though because I want to finish my show!) Also, I try to plan active outings with my kids or friends--bowling, the zoo, swimming, etc. You can count that exercise too! Good luck! Add me if you'd like.

Split meals with your friend and suggest active activities. I don't know if you'll drink or not, but a trick I use is to order a can of beer--then every time I go to the restroom, I just fill up the can with water. I'm still drinking, but zero calories! :) Good luck!

Wow! Wow! Wow! You look amazing!!!

Feel free to add me--I'm here everyday! :)

You're not fat or lazy--you play competitive men's league! That takes muscle and effort. We play in a slow pitch league, it's not THAT competitive, and I've still been sore the next day. :) You said you are happy now that you're over your girlfriend but you sound kinda defeated that you've fallen into some bad habits. So…

Vanilla Greek yogurt with either fruit or Walden Farms zero calorie chocolate sauce. I need to lower my after supper snack calorie count as well--thanks for posting!

Lots of opinions on this. You can search for it on the forums to see what others think. I think the bottom line is finding what's right for you. Good luck!
-
Do you have a heart rate monitor? Might want to use that next time--seems pretty high. :) Good luck on your weight loss!!

We'll be married 20 years this August and dated 5 years first. Four kids later we've never been happier. He has loved me at lots of different sizes and admires my muscles (even if he has to pretend to see them!)! We don't have a perfect marriage but it's forever. Love you, Paul. <3

I'm 5'11" and current weight is 157. I'm a size 8 for the first time in a LONG time. My goal weight is 150 I think. I have a small frame but have always been big so it feels good to be near thin again. Feel free to add me if you'd like..

I'll add you--on here every day. :)

Dexter, True Blood, Downton Abby, and now I'm watching back seasons of The Tudors. I do like Grey's Anatomy, GCB, and some of the half hour sitcoms. I've heard great things about Madmen. Good luck!
