I think I'm in the best shape of my life at age 42. I've been lifting a couple days a week since October and since January have been doing cardio six days a week. For cardio, I try to mix it up--running, intervals, CrossFit, swimming, etc. The problem---I have GAINED weight. I refuse to change my weight on here from my lowest months ago, but now I'm 10 pounds from my goal weight. I get the whole muscle weighs more than fat thing and that the scales lies and I shouldn't care---BUT I DO!
I'd love your advice--my diary is open. I"m not perfect but I try not to go over too often. Can you really lose the last 10 pounds??? Is it possible? What should I do???
I know there are so many smart people out there in MFP land...can you take a moment to offer some suggestions
BTW--I am 5'11"
