my weight flucuates between 2-3 lbs most days....I would go more by inches that weight. I weigh more now then I did before however I am "fitter" looking now and feel better. I don't believe in cutting out carbs; your body needs carbs for energy. Focus on your complex carbs (oats, whole wheat bread etc) and cut out your simple carbs or "crap" carbs. If you were not into healthy eating and just going strictly to this you will not be able to keep this up. You need to start by just "clean eating". Feel free to message me for ideas...I've lost 35lbs by strictly clean eating and exercise.

You are obviously still in the weight loss phase so there fore you need to continue to get in your proper nutrients each day until you hit a plateau. Alot of people do not eat enough and most do not eat enough protein. I think if you focus on your meals and get in good healthy snacks as well you will see the scale drop.…
