I’m also trying to get back on track with a low carb lifestyle after 8 months of poor eating and lack of exercise.

I'm trying Keto again (did it years ago, it worked but I fell off the wagon). Right now I'm doing LCHF (low carb high fat) but my goal is to get to the Keto way of eating again.

My hubby and I are on Keto now, and we love it! Send friend requests if you want. I post every day, and also just started to incorporate intermittent fasting.0
