Just get a 6 inch Subway ham, turkey, roast beef, or chicken on wheat. Don't add cheese or mayo and you're good every time! 300ish cals!! And it's a big tasty sandwich. Don't stress over the bread. I try to do an 18/6 seven days a week. But normally they turn out to be more like an 16/8.

I'm not really a big fan of starvation mode. I just see too many people that eat too few calories still lose weight. With that said, I know that when I eat really low, I experience stress on my body. Whether or not it's obvious. My skin looks bad, I have less energy, and my sleep sucks to name a few. (And my friends say…
