Looks like you are only at 1.300 calories and your goal is 1,700. Go eat some high protein snack like some cottage cheese, peanut butter or an egg. Better yet eat some ice cream...works for me.

OK I must be the oddball here. I drink about 2-3 glasses a day. Can't imagine drinking a whole gallon.

Shred it and make some zucchini pancakes. About 2 cups shredded zucchini, 1 egg, 2 tbl flour, 2 tbl parm cheese. Salt/pepper to taste and a dash of nutmeg. Squeeze out as much water as possible. Mix all together and then scoop up a spoonful and fry in olive oil. Sooo good.

I use gold standard double rich chocolate (100% whey). It is really good. You can even stir it. I mix it with water and a little mix. When I have time I put it in the blender with a scoop of icecream....killer.

Thanks for the info. I am trying to gain muscle and lower BF at the same time. I will definatley increase protein. One question, can only get to gym once a week. What is best to work out at home? I've been working hard the one day and for 3 other days do sit ups, different kinds of pushups and pull ups. Is this enough? Any…

Thanks for the info. I weigh about 150lbs and 5 ft 7 but still have belly fat so I am eating about 150 g of protein a day (or trying to). Do you think I should up my calories?

Use shredded part-skim mozzerella. You don't need a ton. I fill in the open spaces with parmesan cheese.....much less fat and calories and it sprinkles on nicely! Of course pile on the veggies and you got a great meal...I am getting hungry just thinking about it.

I am not tall 5 7" but on a roll with 25 lbs lost. It is good to see other men on this site. I am mainly here for the calorie counter...it is tje best one I have used. Thanks for posting.

Oh yes! Just about 2000 calories today...over about 750. I knew it was going to be tough. I was good until I started snacking after dinner Extra cardio is in order tomorrow.!

I am also new here too since January and have already lost 21 lbs. This tool is a great reminder about over eating. I think about everything is eat now since it needs to be logged....and it free. Can't beat that. Good luck on your quest!

Yes. I lost 17 lbs since mid January and I eat carbs. However, I get about 200 carbs a day and do try to be under...somewhere around 150 per day. It's working for me.
