I'm also having trouble finding a bra in my size (Very slim chest measurement). I went to several stores but they didn't have any in my size. But today I found an internet shop and ordered some bras. Hope they will fit. It's a german site though so it probably won't help you :(

tofu (there are a lot of tasty options - tofu "meatballs", "sausages",...), seitan, curd cheese, yoghurt, cheese (low fat), chickpeas, peanuts (or peanutbutter), pulse/legumes, eggs and protein shakes.

It's full of good fat and protein that's why i like to eat it when I'm below my cals.

I'd like an answer to that as well. I've been doing the reps per leg. So when the program says 12 reps I do 12 per leg. I'm not sure if that's correct though.
