Thanks for posting. I have quite a similar story....just back yesterday. I've also realized just how genuinely helpful it is to be on "my fitness pal". Being part of a group which values fitness keeps me focused on living healthy and staying active.

The instructor at my wife's diabetes health/nutrition class said that having a cup of water before the meal (I usually have my salad first) aids digestion. I've been doing some casual biking with my teenage kids. You're challenge makes me want to start keeping a record to see just how many miles I'm covering. I should be able to find an Android phone app to help. Thanks for the challenge.
