i lost 27 pounds over the course of 7 months with killing myself at the gym and eating in a caloric deficit. I started following a new nutrition plan with NO exercise and i have lost an additional 41 pounds in 4 months! so im down 68 pounds so far and still want to lose another 50-55 pounds. idk! but i wear all under armour heat gear and never am itchy, i wear their sport bras, shatter capris, running tights, ribbed tanks, and slub tanks, and socks! lol

Get a hrm for accurate results. I have a bodymedia fit armband and it is totally awesome. It has helped me because it lets you know how many calories you burn throughout the day another good one in the polar ft4 monitor

im 5'8 and weighed 237 at start, im only down 9 but want to weight around 140-150, im not really sure because i care more about body fat % anyways. but you can friend me! i have an open food log and am great about tracking :)

I have the book. i think its awesome. I love the mean green drink. I haven't fully committed to it yet so i can't comment in ways of success or not but i do know that for my body to lose weight i can only consume 1200 calories
