No time to workout? Just 2 days a week..

For those who always say they don't have time to workout...

I started just two times a week for an hour doing Zumba in conjunction with tracking everything I ate. My Zumba instructor wanted some pics to show to her supervisor of everyone's progress for a meeting. I put this together and was personaly shocked myself at the changes I've gone through. I don't even remember looking like the before pictures! :noway: Proof is in the pics. :smile: There are no excuses. I suffer from severe allergies with a lack of oxygen intake during my workouts, I have patellae tracking disorder in both knees, and currently have two herniated discs. They are merely roadblocks and challenges that YOU have to decide to workaround...NOT excuses. As hard as it is to tell yourself that, it pays off. I know it did for me. :wink:
