All or nothing is a big problem for me. When I am working out I want to eat right so that I am not kickin' my butt for nothing, but when I am down and not excercising like I should be I tend to eat junk food. My favorite salad right now is: spring mix, spinach, edamame, tomato, and broccoli cole slaw mix (no sauce just broc shreds with carrots and cabbage). I think it depends on what you ate. If I eat a salad, even a big one, I feel hungry about an hour later. What did you eat? I think sometimes too, I mistake hunger for other things. Are you bored, tired, frustrated?

That's a great article! I know I often feel like I am often too busy to be healthy. The question is, now that we have this information what do we do with it? Thoughts on how to make our brain stronger or combat the "I can't think about eating healthy right now"?

I find that I am not always accurate in my serving size and when I check or add it in it suprises me and I have to make sure I do it correctly. Also if I don't drink my water my weight JUMPS back up. Are you getting 64 oz of water every day or just sometimes?
