Did 31 minutes on the stationary bike for a measly 186 calories (with HRM). It was a nice change :o)

Hi all, I'm Anna. Mum to 3 yr old girl, and 5 + 7 yr old boys. Middle of summer holidays here (New Zealand), kids driving me insane and it is HOT. Have found my motivation/self discipline is lacking and weight rising again. 30 min a day is doable - my driveway is 300m long, so I tend to run that once kids are in bed and…

Absolutely fantastic. Well done!

I do muesli with milk or yogurt most mornings, but when I feel like a change I do poached eggs on a sandwich thin or half a can of beans.

Yesterday, I bought a size down in jeans. The not-so-lovely handles I had 6 weeks ago with the bigger size, I now have with the 14s, but that too shall pass. I work in early childhood and old jeans are too loose when I squat down to the children, sooo not a good look!!

I have lots of Lady Gaga, Black eyed peas, Pink. For something random, Tom Petty - good running speed beat. LMFAO, Little Lion Man - Mumford and Sons Bonkers - Dizzee Rascal A little less conversation - Elvis Single ladies - Beyonce A wee bit eclectic - I tend to pick songs that I cannot help but move to.

Hey mate, willing to be a supporter - unfortunately cannot walk with you as I'm in New Zealand. I can help motivate though :o) Have been on MFP on and off since Feb, but have recently got depressed (again) so decided to ditch the 20odd kgs I am carrying around - thats about 44pd. Feel free to friend me :o)

I'm a big list person. When I left my ex, I wrote a list - which helped me realise that I didn't actually love him (FYI, I was 19). -I was the housewife/cook etc -I was the main breadwinner -i was studying full time -We were debt laden due to studying, but always paying off his credit card - I didn't have one -I was making…

I would love some Mum friends too :o) Add me, I'm a 32 year old mum of 3. Two boys, 7 and 5, and one 3-year old girl. I get really envious when I read people exercising 2 hours a day - I know the weight would disappear doing that - but with 3 kids, a part time job, adult tutoring at night, and a full-time hubby, life is…

After no lunch to speak of, went to supermarket to grab something for me and my 3 year old. Sugar bun for her, apple for me :o) double bonus is that it was only $2.

Small win or big win? You decide ladies out there. First day of period, did not binge on chocolate, instead got one small bar of dark and savoured on 40min trip home from town. Have gone over calories by 19 today, but not too bad for the day :o)

Like shopping in your own wardrobe - great NSV

My hubby and I have figured out that I have an addictive personality - I get addicted to something, it lasts a few weeks and then gone. I am on week 3 of mfp. First week I lost 4 kgs (8 or so pounds), then relaxed and gained it all back last week. Major kick in the butt this morning, and am back on the wagon. I think you…

That is awesome, well done :o)

Was playing frisbee with a child at work, crouched down and realised that i actually had muscles in my thighs!!

Also from the other side of the pond in little ol' kiwi land - that was an awesome victory. Your story has humbled and inspired, thank you for sharing.

This NSV is one that I think will stay with me for quite a while - you look gorgeous, your eyes are stunning. What will stay with me is that I bet you keep going back to this photo and looking at it, marvelling that it is you. Well done, enjoy, you clearly have worked hard and deserve it.

Congratulations!! As a big busted girl myself, I know the pain of boring granny bras. You wear that bra with pride, and make sure you don't just stop at one! Poor hubby won't know what has hit him lol

I run too, not fast, but I get there. I have worked my way up to 80min running then ripped the calf muscle. So after the last 6 months off, I am back up to 5 km. Loving the lighter evenings here so I can run when hubby gets home from work (here is NZ). I have run 3 10kms and a few 5kms. Feel free to add me :o) I would…

Ok, the golden rule of thumb is that if you are working at 70% you are maintaining. Higher the weight, the lower the reps (like a pyramid) So, 2 x 10 on lower weight, 3 x 6 on higher weight, working up to 1x2 or even 1x1 Are you talking about lifting weights or Olympic Weightlifting? (Snatch, clean and jerk) Weightlifting…

So totally agreed. Support is awesome, but not when it is for crazy behaviour!

I know and it is HARD! -Is there anything you can do to take your mind off it? -Water, water, water. -Get out of the house. Good luck

Well done! Bet you that was an awesome feeling!
