Totally agree with Dandelyon. Will depend on L&D emotional state etc. My first I needed a pretty long recovery. Had an epidural & episiotomy about 8 weeks to physical recovery. Second child epidural, no episiotomy approx 4 week recovery. Third no epidural or episiotomy & I could have gone 4 a jog a day after she was born.…

Shaun Ts Focus T25 is fantastic. Fast paced not at all boring. Only 25 minutes a day & a great modifier 4 those of us that aren't up to burpees.

1st time checking in. 5'7 Pre prego weight 147 9 months preg 178 1 month PP 156 6 months PP (3rd baby btw): 147 lbs (pre pregnancy weight) Approx 10lbs til I hit goal weight but really pleased overall. Back from vacation!!! Accomplished little to zero exercise while gone, BUT did decent with food and didn't gain much if any weight. So I'm pretty pleased with that :) Starting round 2 of T25 today :) Wish me luck!!!

It took me 3 weeks to start losing weight & then I stopped losing at week 7. I've had to up my calories from the 1200 to keep losing.

Don't have any progress pics, but am in week 8 and have lost 7.5 pounds as of last week and am down 12 inches overall. LOVE LOVE LOVVVEEE this program. I have 3 kids under 5 and one is only 3 months and still have time for it!

Haven't done P90x but have seen the workouts...I don't have the time that P90X requires. I'm on week 8 of T25 and have so far lost 7.5 lbs (5 pounds of that has been in the past 4 weeks) and 12 inches. For 25 minutes 5 days a week...I'll definitely take those results :)

I'm a week ahead of this particular challenge, and personally I'm planning to repeat another round of Alpha & Beta. I still have at least 11 lbs to lose before I'm to my goal weight. ( can't decide between 140 & 135) After I get down to 140 I may reward myself with Gamma :)

I've had great results with T25 so far. Just had our 3rd baby the end of May and I'm within 5 pounds of pre pregnancy weight and back into my smallest pre pregnancy clothes. Last time I took measurements (the end of week 5) I was down 9 inches overall and as of last weekend was down 6.2 pounds.

I'm currently on week 7 of T25. Planning on doing the program over when I finish it in September. I really want to be to my goal weight by Christmas or in a size 6 whichever comes first. I'm currently between a size 8 and 10.

Starting week 5 on Monday! LOVE IT!! Have definitely gotten a lot stronger, haven't done measurements today but as of last week I had lost 6 inches all over and 3.5 pounds. I was also 7 weeks post partum when I started, which probably contributes to the higher loss in inches

Got it with my first child and if I can remember correctly (she's 4.5) it was gone by the 7 or 8 month mark. Interestingly enough I've had 2 more children since and haven't gotten it again. I've also heard the darker your skin tone the more prone you are to getting it, and the longer it take for it to go away.
