I am 5'4" and I run, use the elliptical, and do nike training club workouts. I also swim, play tennis, and field hockey during the school year. When I was losing the weight most recently, I was working out 5 or 6 times a week- and now I have really fallen off that track

i dont find it to be too little, i have berries and greek yogurt for breakfast, half a peanut butter and jelly with carrots and celery or an apple at lunch, then maybe some peanut butter pretzels or apple with peanut butter for snack, and then whatever my mom cooks for dinner! its plenty!!

alsoo, upon doing some research most of metabolism recovery i see is long term eating disorders, i assure you i ate plenty really. there were probably less than 30 days total in the past year where i ate under 1000. i dont think that would have that lasting of effects?

well for whoever asked about the pasta, yes it was like one small noodle because i tried it and didnt like it. today i tried to eat more and think i did a good job. I haven't put in my exercise yet, as I am about to go to the gym, but I will be doing that too. I think I am definitely eating enough I honestly can't imagine…
