try bringing your own snacks to work so if u get tempted u got something to fall back on, just a tip! I work in a mall food court and its been the hardest thing ever to resist, but bringing fruits or a bit of chips or crackers is so helpful

thank you this helped tons, lots of guys say they get hungry so much more and im still fighting off hunger daily because my body is adjusting to the calorie change and i have an inactive thyroid so its hard to lose weight. ive been doing good so far, i just dont want T to mess it up.

you gotta remember that the more you weigh the faster you will lose, at first. so someone who weighs over 200 pounds will lose it pretty quickly, its keeping it off and continuing to lose that's tough..

Its nice to meet you, I definitely don't have many mtf friends. im excited to hear that you are starting your transition, I just started testosterone, estrogen blockers, and fat redistribution pills to start my transition. hope your transition goes well! =)

every week or two is best. your weight will fluctuate through out the week so it might discourage you. I do it on Mondays =) so just pick a day and stick to it! good luck!

your weight definitely affects how many calories you burn. think of it this way, your lifting more weight if you're heavier so you would be working your body harder. its also easier in the beginning to lose weight if you are heavier. it sucks, but its true. the last few pounds are always the hardest to lose.
