so I've been working a lot more,

I got a promotion at work and have been working almost twice as much as I used to.meaning when I'm home I just want to stuff my face and sleep all day. how do I get motivated to exersize more and eat less when I'm always exhausted? PLUS I work in a mall food court, how do I resist all the bad food choices when I can't bring perishable foods because of the lack of refrigerator and microwave where I work?

my job has been crazy as well.
what i do is make sure to leave on time - or as close as on time as possible - then go directly to the gym afterwards.

i log back in to work after i workout and shower and relax a bit. i find that i get more work done at home like that than if i were at work, especially since if other people stay late they see you are there and will stop and interrupt whatever you were staying late to work on. plus it's easier to ignore non essential emails when you're working from home like that

as for food, you need to plan ahead on the weekends. prepare your food so all you have to do is heat it up. for instance this weekend i was felling lazy so i made a big salad and bought 2 rotisserie chickens from the grocery store. this way all i have to do for dinner is heat up my chicken and throw some salad on a plate

for eating at a food court, there's almost always a chinese place there. just choose the freshest veggie options and the protein with the least amount of sketchy sauce on it and no breading

Nuts, intermittent fasting, buy a cooler, drink protein shakes, make sandwiches, put raw veggies in your cooler, make a salad, Eat what you normally would, just half a portion. "Bad" food doesn't make you fat, its over consuming.
