logging fruits and vegetables
so on weight watchers, almost all fruits and vegetables are 0 points, meaning you can have as many fruits and vegetables as you want. my question is, on here would it be ok to not log fruits and veggies? do you guys log them?

Help getting back on track.
I was doing SO good with keeping under my calories and working out 5 days a week. I lost ten pounds and 2 or 3 clothing sizes a 40 to a 34 in guys, a 13 to and 11 in girls(I think, I dont really understand girls sizes). then my mom got thyroid cancer, it took a toll on me.. she's had 2 surgeries and I was living off of…
