I was doing SO good with keeping under my calories and working out 5 days a week. I lost ten pounds and 2 or 3 clothing sizes a 40 to a 34 in guys, a 13 to and 11 in girls(I think, I dont really understand girls sizes).
then my mom got thyroid cancer, it took a toll on me.. she's had 2 surgeries and I was living off of hospital food and fast food. so I gained 3 pounds back and barely fit in my new clothes, I also stopped taking my vitamins. I'm trying to get back on track but I'm hungry ALL the time and tired ALL the time(I'm guessing because I dont take vitamins). It's hard to get myself to work out and I always want to eat. I still eat healthy foods, just tons of it. I don't know how to get myself motivated again... I dont know if anyone's gonna read this, but if so any suggestions??? thanks guys.

    Hi,

I'm sorry to hear about your mom. Why did you stop taking your vitamins? Maybe that will help you. Also, are you working out. Exercise always gives me more energy.
