italian sausage

I'd really like to make my Italian sausage for dinner tonight. but I have no clue what to do with it without killing my diet. any ideas??

    This is one of my favorites. I leave out butter and oil to lower cals even more. Lots of veggies and not too many ingredients.

    Oh I make this all the time!!! Good for lunch or dinner.

    Get italian turkey sausage or chicken (Harris Teeter has the chicken italian sausage) I like the HOT.
    Each link is 110 calories.

    Take casing off, and make 4 balls out of each link, and pan fry w/ little spray on pan.
    That makes each ball about 28cal.

    Also sautee peppers and onions.

    Use arnold's pocket thins - 100 calories each.

    For each half. fill with 4 balls, peppers, onions, top with mustard!

    YUMMO! reminds me of the sausage you eat at the fair too!!!
