I've tried MealEnders. They were of no value to me. Also, the order was not complete (a couple of empty wrappers and a few mints short of the total ordered). I did not find customer service satisfactory in resolving it. They offered money off the next order. I'd have preferred my money back since there would be no next…

You look wonderful and you have a beautiful smile!

I'm writing this through my tears. What an inspiration you are. Congratulations to all involved!

It's a deal breaker. I agree with those who say it's not just the weight, it's the attitude.

Congratulations! Keep us up to date with photos as the months go on!

You are beautiful!

I'd love it!

Those arms!!

Regarding moving to maintenance: I added 250 calories to my daily intake, in a balanced way, without changing anything else. So far my weight is holding steady with a fluctuation of 1-2 lbs. up or down which returns to goal in a day or two.

Movie star handsome!

You look lovely!

I wear a helmet every single time. I often work with brain injured people and anything I can do to maximize my odds for safety, I'm going to do. Please do, too. BTW, I saw a movie once where Minnie Driver got a heart transplant and later they show her riding her bike everywhere with NO helmet. Made me mad.

Mazel Tov! Go, Scott, go, and keep sharing with us. Your post was inspiring and entertaining!

Your goal is not his goal. He has no business telling you that you failed. As I posted recently, a good response might have been, "Thanks; yours is the opinion I count on most." You took an amazing trip, collecting adventures and memories, having fun. You are awesome.

50 mins on the stationary rowing machine.

You could say to these people (while smiling sweetly) , "Thanks! Yours is the opinion I count on most!" Conversely, you could say, "Ouch!" and let them know they've crossed a line. I would say don't get fit to prove them wrong. This is all for you and your quality of life. And you are very pretty.

Congratulations to Holly who appeared to enjoy her life at every stage! You are a great friend to be so involved and supportive.
-
YAY! (A capitalized "yay" to show extra enthusiasm).
-
I guess the "change in attitude" is that I can now see my success and progress and I feel proud, not worried that the success is fleeting!
-
Nice work! MFP has been so good for me that when I renewed my license last month, I didn't even lie about my weight!
-
You are so clever! I wish you great success:)

Thanks, everyone! I really appreciate it. I'll report back when I return (we still don't leave for a couple of weeks).
-
Thanks for the suggestion and confidence!

Congratulations! You are amazingly fit and handsome! Hooray for the whole family!

You look fantastic! If you can do this, you can do anything! Congratulations!

50% is actually a reduction from what MFP set up for me as the "guided" goals. MFP set up 55% carbs. I think I'll reduce it to 45% carbs and 25% fat and 30% protein. I'm still learning and experimenting to see what helps me lose and helps me feel good. I exercise to burn about 450 cals/day (and then I eat those calories).
-
I ran out of protein too fast and I read that MFP sets up pretty low percentages for protein so I adjusted mine. I also looked up DRI which I never saw before and found some interesting things: Dirty Rotten Imbeciles, Desert Research Institute and Disaster Recovery Institute. I don't imagine DRI means any of those in this…
